Order Policies
  • All Sales Are Final – No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

  • Pre-Orders – All pre-orders take 4-6 weeks for production from the time of drop closure. Before emailing about your order, check your receipt to see if your date falls within that timeframe.

  • Shipping & Delivery – Orders typically ship within 4-6 weeks, with an expected arrival time of 10-15 days after shipping. International orders may take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

  • Tracking & Delays – If your tracking hasn’t updated in 14 business days, contact us. Labels may be printed early, but this does not mean your package has shipped yet.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If USPS marks your package as delivered, contact your local post office or delivery person.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items – If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at with your order number and photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.

  • International Orders – We are not responsible for international taxes, fees, or customs charges—please research before purchasing. If your package hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks, email us.
